And Later? The restaurant’s regular a la carte menu will be available for general customers and those of us who wish to continue on for their evening meal. (We will need to survey numbers for this nearer the time – as they would like an indication if there are likely to have more than 30 staying on.)

And Sunday? Those who wish could gather at Birdwood Gallery Garden Cafe from 10:00 for brunch – and from there, those interested could join our ‘privately arranged’ wine tour.
